1. Return Policy

You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return. 
- 
To be eligible for a return: - 
Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
- 
Must be in the original packaging. 
- 
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@lurexon.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
We will provide further instructions and a return shipping address.
⚠ Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. 
Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.

3. Shipping Policy
