Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Items are eligible for return or exchange within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original tags attached using the original threads and with original packaging intact.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected for return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased using coupons or offers clearly marked as “No Return, No Exchange” are considered final sale items and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.
Return and Exchange Process

Refunds

Exchanges
